CERIC presents Cannexus — a bilingual National Career Development Conference designed to promote the exchange of information and explore innovative approaches in the areas of career counselling and career development.
The app will help you organize your schedule, interact with other participants through a dedicated Cannexus social network, stay up-to-date on conference news, and much more. You will be able to network before, during and after the event!
Delegates can:
- View the profiles of other delegates and find people with similar interests
- Build a personalized schedule of sessions to attend
- Receive conference updates (special events, session changes)
- Join the conversation and share photos through the Cannexus private social network
- Tweet directly from the app to engage with the community beyond the conference
- Participate in real-time polling
- Download hand-outs and materials
- Accumulate points by using the app and win prizes
- Bookmark exhibitors you want to visit
- Send notes directly (within the app) to other participants and exhibitors/sponsors
- Complete surveys or comment on individual sessions
Presenters can:
- Interact with conference delegates
- Notify session participants via push notifications*
- Perform real-time polls during sessions*
- Upload documents to your session page*
- Receive comments and review surveys in real time

Sponsors and exhibitors can:
- Add a detailed company profile page that you can customize with a rich description of your company*
- Provide information via electronic brochures right from the app*
- Invite delegates to meet with you during the conference
- Feature sponsored content in the private social network’s timeline**
- Share information about your company and its offerings before the conference begins and after its over
